Returns
Because of the intimate nature of our business and our agreements with our artists and vendors, returns are only available for 14 days after the purchase date. Items must be in the original condition they were received in, and in their original packaging. The purchaser is responsible for covering the cost of return shipping, and a 10% restocking fee may be applied at the discretion of the seller. Returns that are damaged or altered will not be accepted, and items will be sent back to the customer without a refund.
Exchanges
We do not except exchanges at this time.
Damaged Products
We take great care to ensure our products make it to you safely and in perfect condition. Should an item arrived damaged, it is the customer’s responsibility to contact us immediately. No returns will be offered after 14 days of purchase.
